About Us

Niall Burns has been working on stalking and harassment cases since 2000. He set up the first and only professional counter stalking team in late 2001 after studying and working alongside the LAPD's threat management unit. The Protection from Harassment Act became law in 1997, but to the present day its utility against stalkers is not fully understood by some investigative, security and legal professionals. Niall set up the stalking and threat management team to help facilitate what all people who suffer at the hands of a stalker want? and that is to make it stop.

Niall understands the intricacies of building a structured case against the stalker and how to provide effective security to the client as required until legal action can be taken. Niall oversees all cases to ensure correct service delivery.
